A picture is worth a thousands words, yet many picture still cannot capture the beauty and majesty of nature. In my photographs I try to tell the story of what I saw through the lens of my camera. I try to convey the feelings that these moments in time imprinted upon me. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach Florida is dedicated to saving injured or ill sea turtles. Many of these shots were taken though Plexiglas and may show some signs of scratches on the glass. But that does not take away from the child-like wonderment of the turtles themselves. Where ever possible I included the name of the sea turtle, and its type. I also included some images of a sea turtle surgery in progress.
